Class Information - Our Workshops are Babies Can't Wait and DHR Approved!  
The following groups benefit from our two-hour workshops: Mommy & Me play-groups; families of children with special needs; families who have adopted children from other countries; teachers and teacher assistants who are looking for innovative ways to teach reading, writing and spelling in the classroom; home school organizations; pediatricians; nannies; and childcare professionals. 

Your future 'Little Signers' are always welcome to join you in any workshop that we offer.  Grandparents and older siblings are encouraged to attend as well.  If you would like additional information about our program, we will be glad to provide information over the phone or via email.

Two-hour Workshops - Two-Hour Workshops are $350.00 per group in both private homes and pre-school settings, unless otherwise noted.  All workshops are DHR and Babies Can't Wait approved.  Although these workshops are for adults, your children are welcome to join you in class.  Please email us at workshops@littlesigners.com to book a workshop for your group or preschool.

Signing in a Culture Rich Environment

Early Effective Communication - This workshop is an introduction to using sign language with infants and toddlers.  We discuss the myths and benefits of using sign language with children in addition to learning the alphabet, numbers and several signs used with children.
Classes are held at Northside Hospital - Alpharetta Campus & Dunwoody Campus on a monthly basis from 7pm - 9pm and in Dunwoody only from 10:30am - 12:30pm.  Please note: these classes are titled "Baby Sign Language".  Registration is required.  Please contact Northside at 404-845-5555 for current dates, costs, and locations.

Early Effective Communication Classes are held at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville on a monthly basis from 7pm - 9pm.  Registration is required.  Please contact Health Call at 770-541-1111 for information about class dates and costs.   

More...Baby Signs - This class is being offered exclusively at Northside Hospital.  Each class focus will be determined by the participants in that particular class.   Based on a group consensus, we will learn to use sign language with popular children's songs and stories as listed below in the Signing with Signs and Signing for Storytime workshops.
Classes are held at Northside Hospital each month from 7pm - 9pm.  Registration is required.  Please contact Northside at 404-845-5555 for current dates, costs, and locations.

Singing with Signs - Singing with Signs shows you how to use sign language with several popular children's songs such as, "If You're Happy and you Know It", "Happy Birthday", "The Barney Song", "Twinkle Twinkle, Little Star", and more.

Signs Around Your Home & Classroom - Signs Around Your Home & Classroom is a workshop that is beneficial for teachers as well as parents. We'll teach you a almost 100 signs in the following categories: Animals, Activities, House, Outdoors, Feelings & Opposites.

Signing In A Culture Rich Environment - America is the world's most diverse country.  This includes preschools too!  Sign language can assist you in culturally tying your class together.  We'll discuss the importance of diversity in the classroom and learn how to sign nursery rhymes and blessings from different cultures.
